Verena Giesler studied architecture in Siegen and graduated with a degree in structural engineering. She received the BDA study award for her diploma thesis. After two years in an architect's office, she became self-employed. At HRL, Verena Giesler is responsible for project planning and project development.

Benjamin Loos has been an entrepreneur and consultant in various industries for over 20 years. He invested successfully in real estate early on and made this his main task when he founded HRL. At HRL, he is responsible for the acquisition of projects and for supporting co-investors.
